Pipework Fabrication

Our experienced pipework fabrication team Comprises of skilled pipefitters and ISO69 coded welders. We specialise in fabricating all piping systems. We can fabricate different materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as copper, UPVC and ABS. We fabricate high pressure, medium pressure and low-pressure pipework.

Prefabricated Plant

When undertaking boiler house projects, our Prefabricated plant solutions can be designed and installed to suit the specific requirements of our clients. One example is that we can manufacture low or medium temperature Plate Heat Exchanger skids in localised plantrooms for heat generation. We fabricate the pipework skids that connect to the Plate Heat Exchangers to provide a packaged skid mounted unit. These include sensors, valves, meters, pumps and gauges all mounted together on a dedicated frame. The electrical wiring and Scada control panel is also included. We also pre-commission the units in our workshop. This enables them to arrive on-site ready to switch on.

Mezzanine Floors

We can fabricate and install mezzanine floors that maximise space utilisation and create additional storage or working areas. Our team works closely with you to understand your load bearing requirements and space constraints. We provide custom designs integrating staircases, hand rails and safety features for easy access and use.
