Description of Works:  

The enabling and staged removal of 2no. steam boilers, hotwell tank, pumps and gantry platforms and flues.

Works undertaken:      

*The craneage and positioning of the 2no. replacement steam boilers, hotwell tanks and pumps.

*The fabrication and installation of the gantry walkway and access ladder.

*The inter-connection of all the associated pipework services onto the existing services.

*Installation of the 2no. steam boiler flues.

*The installation of the electrical power and control wiring to all plant equipment.

*Thermal Insulation of associated pipework services.

*Testing of all equipment.
