OUR PROCESS DESIGN
The process we adopt is customer driven. Our assigned Management team will communicate with you at every Stage to ensure you are informed about the progress of Your refurbishment project.
We provide a clear schedule of construction phases and detailed plans to help you visualise and feel the finished objective. Our team also handle the H&S documentation and ensure that it meets the required safety standards.
We regularly hold on-site meetings, invite client feedback and keep you regularly updated on progress. Consistent and clear communication is the cornerstone of the PDM process as we deliver.
WHAT DOES OUR PROCESS INVOLVE?
PROJECT BRIEF
Our team collaborates with you to understand your business requirements. A site survey is conducted to comprehend the current work process and building infrastructure. We provide you with concepts including 2D plans and budget costs which we can refine until a mutually agreed UPGA is finalised.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The 2D plans are transformed into a 3D interactive walk through with collaborative workshops to finalise the specifications and finishes. A commercial approach is utilised to meet the agreed budget.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The assigned Project Manager will coordinate all necessary materials and contractors to ensure the project is delivered on time, with a Schedule of Works Programme and completion dates. The project will then be handed over to the on-site Contracts Manager.
PROJECT DELIVERY
The Contracts Manager ensures that all site activity complies with all the Health & Safety guidelines and Building Control requirements while delivering the project on schedule and to the agreed design, ready for handover on the agreed date.
