DESIGN & MANAGEMENT
Concept
From an initial client brief or request, we will deliver an engineering concept for our client. This will take into account the design element of a project installation as well as safety, time frames and end operation. We will also look at sustainability.
We would then produce a P&D in the form of a schematic that will detail the design process in simple form. It will clearly show the plant and the distribution of the pipework and electrical services. The P&D drawings will then be used to discuss and agree the system design with all stakeholders.

Detailed Design
With the concept agreed, our design team will produce a coordinated design. The detail will be generated using 3D software which will enable them to view and walk through the design. At this point it is easy to engineer and achieve the best installation and maintenance layout.
From the 3D model we would be able to detect any clashes
with other services before proceeding with the on-site
installation. The detailed design will be presented to the client,
which will allow, once the detail has been completed, the 3D
model to be used to produce working drawings. These are
dimensioned to enable off-site fabrication and to ensure correct
installation on site.
